Refund Policy for PicturyAI

At PicturyAI, our goal is to deliver high-quality AI-generated outputs based on user-provided training samples. Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds under standard circumstances. By purchasing or using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund conditions:

No Standard Refunds

All purchases made on PicturyAI.com are final. We incur significant costs immediately upon initiating a generation request, including GPU compute and storage, and therefore cannot offer refunds once processing begins.

Faulty Creations

If you believe that your generated result is faulty or unsatisfactory, you may report it for review. We will investigate whether the issue stems from a technical error on our side or from training samples that do not comply with our Upload Guidelines.

Upload Guidelines:

  • Clear and well-lit images
  • No multiple people in images
  • No sunglasses (optical glasses are fine)
  • Include both direct and angled/side portraits

If your uploaded training samples meet these guidelines and the creation is deemed faulty, we will credit your account as follows:

  • For issues with model training: One regular credit will be refunded
  • For issues with generating images from existing models: One generation credit will be refunded

If your samples do not meet the guidelines, your report may be rejected, and a new credit purchase will be required.

Delivery Time Exceptions

The average image generation time is 10 to 15 minutes. However, during periods of high demand, this may extend up to 3 hours. You will receive an email notification once your output is ready. If delivery exceeds 3 hours, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds. Any remaining credits, models, or output data associated with your account will also be terminated.
